Dylan Cohen
Living in Northern California for the last 30 years, Dylan Cohen finds joy in watching his two sons learn and grow. Dylan is actively involved in his children's school where he sits on the technology committee. Dylan is also active in many other community organizations giving his time and support.
Foremost in his educational accomplishments, Dylan Cohen received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in 2003. Prior to that, Dylan received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Sonoma State University in 2001. Dylan is also a graduate of Landmark Educations Curriculum and has attended numerous labor relations and Management seminars.
Over the last 5 years Dylan Cohen has been a regular guest lecturer at the Santa Rosa Junior College, a substitute teacher in elementary curriculum for a local private school, and an expert lecturer for local private instructional institutions.
Dylan Cohen's specialty in retail branding has grown a small family owned cutlery store (Sonoma Cutlery) 3-fold in a short 5 year span. Due to Dylan Cohen's expertise, Sonoma Cutlery has been successfully importing It's own branded German Forged Chef cutlery for the past two years. This line of branded cutlery has given Sonoma Cutlery the ability to sell cutlery comparable to J. A. Henckels, Wusthof-Trident, and Messermeister at a price point up to 30% lower yet give the company an increase in margin of over 10% from the mainstream German forged cutlery.
